The birth place of this private limited, unquoted Company was Salawa, Sri Lanka. The initial Board comprised Mr. Sarath Subasingha as its Chairman, Mr. Isuru Subasingha as Managing Director, Mrs. Sarojini Subasingha, Mrs. Subasinha and as its Directors.
Before 1985 Sara Technology launched as Sound Record Bar & Electrical Repair Center by Mr.Sarath Subasingha.After many years later the company has been registered under Lankan Law & Governance as a sole proprietorship business in 1985.With technology revolution & new customer needs the company has been converted to a large scale communication center.

Then year by year the company has been developed & when it was on it's peak unfortunately 6th of June 2016 the entire business was completely damaged due to the Salawa Army Base Bomb Explosion.

But within few months the business have been successfully recovered & reopened inside a container till the government measure the damage.
